Japan and Robots
As you know I love Robots.
It’s an honor being in Japan and thinking about robots. Last year I made it to the Honda Collection Hall to witness as demonstration of ASIMO. Today I walked up simply to say hi to him. I grabbed this shot. Does anything get any cooler that ASIMO?

It’s something I love about Japan. It has helped fuel my own collection of robots. Here are 3 I bought for my son. My home office has been overtaken by collection of robots.

The work of Isaac Asimov. The many robot movies. My friends at Museum of Robots. And not to mention, RobotoWear – a clothing line conceived 3 years ago and started selling products this past Monday.

So I’m in Japan thinking about robots, wearing RobotoWear, visiting ASIMO and thinking of the next gift I can buy my son (or me really). Hell, I might even watch some R2D2 action. “These aren’t the droids you’re looking for.”
