Daniel joined ExactTarget as part of their Interactive Marketing team in February 2012.

Since March 2010, Daniel Incandela was part of Online Media & Strategies for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. In this role, he has implemented social media strategies, developed creative content online opportunities and fostered new approaches to online community development. In December of 2010, he became Director of Online Strategies, with an increased focused on synthesizing marketing and online initiatives into a streamlined customer and visitor experience.

From 2004-2010, Incandela lead the award-winning New Media team at the Indianapolis Museum of Art, where he built the department from the ground up; creating a team with a reputation as innovators in the field of museum technology. Under his leadership the team created dynamic content on YouTube, Flickr, Facebook, and iTunes in addition to IMA developed sites such as the IMA Blog. All of these projects featured fresh approaches to digital content delivery that bridge the gap between art and its viewers, while increasing the exposure of the Indianapolis Museum of Art brand.

In April of 2009, Incandela launched ArtBabble.org. ArtBabble was conceived, designed, and built by a cross-departmental collection of individuals at the IMA and is intended to showcase video art content in high quality format from a variety of sources and perspectives.

Incandela has also delivered the keynote presentation at the National Digital Forum in Wellington, New Zealand and was named to Forty under 40 by the Indianapolis Business Journal. In November of 2010, he became a British American Project Fellow. This year he contributed a chapter to The Digital Innovation Playbook: Creating a Transformative Customer Experience.
